About the Vineyard
Provisioners Wine is made up of a co-op of vineyards; Bonita Springs Vineyard, Golden Rule Vineyard, Pillsbury Vineyard, Deep Sky Vineyard, Keeling Schaefer Vineyard, Al Buhl Memorial Vineyard, Carlson Creek Vineyard. Each one of these wineries brings a unique and distinguished set of wine knowledge, making a wine that can be enjoyed by many. Bonita Spring Vineyard is the producer of this wine line which is nestled at 4300 feet between the massive flanks of Mount Graham and the rugged Winchester Mountains, Bonita is the coolest of all the sites we work with. The deep soils here are a mix of decomposed granite and valley loams and persistent mistralstyle winds grace the site, cooling the vines while also reducing fungal pressure.
