Q: How long will it take to receive my wine?

A: Depending on your location, wine club deliveries take about two to four days. The wine is shipped directly by UPS from our warehouse, which is located in Northern Virginia. If you are located outside of the US, deliveries may take anywhere from seven-nine days.


Q: Will I receive a tracking notification?

A: You will receive a tracking notification from UPS via email once your wine is en route.


Q: Why does someone over the age of 21 have to sign for the delivery?

A: Wine is a controlled alcoholic beverage and it is required by law that someone over the age of 21 sign in order to receive the shipment.


Q: What if I get a wine that I don't like or just doesn't taste right?

A:  If the wine is not to your liking please go into your club profile and mark as such, we will then be able to tailor your taste preferences for your next order. If the bottle has been damaged during shipment, we will replace or reimburse the damaged item.


Q: What if I no longer want to be a member? Are there penalties?

A:  You may discontinue your membership with VineDication within 3-weeks of your next shipment date by contacting us via email at vinedication@vinedication.com.  You can also cancel via your online profile or by phone 703-884-8540. There are no penalties or fees for cancelling if it is outside the 3-week time period.


Q: Can I put my club shipments on hold when I go on vacation? 

A: Yes, you may put one shipment at a time on hold. To delay or skip a shipment simply email vinedication@vinedication.com or call us at 703-884-8540, 3-weeks before your shipment.


Q: What if I have a friend who would like to join?

A:  We welcome new members to VineDication. If you have a friend who might enjoy becoming a member, please contact us. If your friend joins, you will get a onetime discount code on your next purchase.


Q: When do you bill my credit card?

A: If you are subscribing to VineDication wine club, you'll be billed automatically two days before we ship your wines.  You will only be billed during the months you are scheduled to receive your wine club delivery.


Q: Are there membership fees?

A: There are no wine club membership fees, you just pay as you go and can cancel with VineDication Wine Club at any time outside of your 3-week shipment time frame.


Q: Can I get only red wine or white wines?

A: Absolutely, you have the option within your profile to select how many bottles you want of red, white, dessert, or sparking. We want to customize your wine club membership to fit your taste preferences.


Q: Can I reorder wine from a past wine club feature?

A: YES! VineDication partners directly with each winery, our savings are passed to you. Wine club reorders are available while supplies last in our shop area, and always at a discount for our club members.

Q: Why join a wine club versus purchasing at my local grocery store?

A: Selecting a great bottle of wine from thousands of pretty labels with a variety of price ranges in traditional wine stores is a difficult task even for the most passionate of wine enthusiasts. With a wine shop or grocery store you never really know what you're going to get. By joining a wine club like VineDication, you are ensured that the wine has been tasted and "vetted" JUST FOR YOU. We are like friends recommending great wine to other friends! Every wine we feature comes from a real-working artisan winery.


Q. Will you provide my email address to other companies? 

A.  VineDication does not share, rent, or disclose your email address to other companies, apart from our shippers, which use your email address to send you important tracking information.


Q. Will you provide my postal address to other companies? 

A. VineDication does not provide member names or addresses to other companies.


Q. Does the site protect the membership information I provide? 

A.  Yes. We use the latest encryption technology to fully protect your privacy and any information you provide when ordering wine online, including credit card number, name, address, and any personal data. We collect only the information you choose to provide, and we never make that information available to any third party interested in contacting you without your consent. Any information you share with us will be used solely to service your membership.
