This bold red wine blend is 85% Sangiovese, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Syrah that has matured in little French oak kegs for 6 months and it the bottle for 4 additional months. It is a dark, ruby red with intense smells that reflect when you taste it’s spicy notes which complements it toasted almond and berry fruits after taste.
Pairings: Bangers & Mash, Roasted Pork, Eggplant Lasagna, Grilled Zucchini, Cheesy Meatball, Pumpkin Soup, Carpaccio, Prosciutto, Pecorino Cheese, or Dark Chocolate Cheesecake

About the Vineyard
ORIGO from the Latin Origin, Descending, which is produced by Trambusti Winery With this wine, produced from an accurate selection of grapes, we want to celebrate the origins of our family, who convey a great history of excellence in the production of Tuscan wines. With around 128 acres of vineyards, 37 acres being dedicated to Chianti Classico and about 50 for olive groves. The wines produced at the farm are: Chianti Classico, Chianti Classico Riserva, and Sangiovese aged in oak barrels, as well as high-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
