Brown butter pasta 2.jpg

We came up with a recipe while looking for something tasty, inexpensive, and that could use ingredients that were already in my pantry.  This dish turned out so amazing that we had to share it!

VineDication decided to paired this dish with Conte Ripoli Colli Aprutini Passerina IGT | Marcocelli Cellars. Both the wine and pasta taste like a treat from the best Italian restaurant in town.

Cheers!
